An authentic Indian experience in an elegantly exotic setting

With a sister restaurant in New Delhi and another in New York, DEVI receives rave reviews about their unique and sumptuous menu. Chef Dillip prepares a variety of succulent dishes from his tandoor oven and with a large vegetarian menu to go along with their marinated meats and fish, there is truly something for everyone. The lamb Vindaloo or tempting chicken tikka are the current favourites and simply must be paired with the assorted bread basket. DEVI boasts a wonderful selection of affordable wines and with their free pour bar so you are certain to get a quality drink. Whether you are inside enjoying the magnificent décor and friendly service or are outside on the terrace enjoying the excitement of Crescent Street, DEVI makes a perfect place to start your evening. Our Catering Services include corporate luncheons, elegant cocktail parties, buffets with interactive stations, intimate and formal dinner parties, as well as festive outdoor events with a portable tandoori oven.
Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm.
If you’re planning a cocktail reception, a wedding celebration or just dinner for twenty, dévi offers a delightfully exotic dining experience for any occasion, large or small.

In addition to our downstairs bar and dining area, we have a roomy and elegant dining space that can seat up to 70 people. And if you don’t want to leave home, we can bring dévi to you!

The service was good. The girl was friendly & helpful but the food was not that good. The quantity according to the price is very less & the quality of the food was so so. I like the ambience but all in all I did not like the food.

"Ordered chole bhature & kulcha. Kulcha was okay, but the bhature tasted stale, like it was days old. I had recommended this place to a friend after a good past experience, but this time was really disappointing. I hope they work on serving fresher food."

The tasting menu is absolute perfection. The flavors are so rich & robust. So delicious. The lentil soup was the best soup I've ever eaten in my life. I will be back again. The chef is amazing. You must eat here.

The food & service were great. We opted to order off the menu as there were more authentic options. The food was delicious, portions were more than enough & the service was perfect. We also ordered a recommended appetizer, the fried okra. It's was like eating Indian spiced fries - delicious. Another thing, we were there during Grand Prix, & I didn't feel they took advantage of us like other restaurants that have a separate Grand Prix menu which is really just +15% regular price. I highly recommended Devi next time you're in the area.

exceptional experience with authentic Indian cuisine. The naan is perfectly soft & slightly crispy, making it the perfect companion for the dishes. The Butter Chicken stands out as one of the best I've ever had-tender chicken in a rich, creamy sauce that's bursting with flavor. SHOULD NEVER TRY THIS RESTAURANT Food is ohhkay ! Not a deal breaker. Much expensive (compared to other fine dines) Total bill without Tip & gratuity was $259.66. The thing we hated most was that for a group of 5 the charged 18% gratuity($46.74) & then after paying the amount they asked for extra 20% tip & told us that it was mandatory & if you don't tip you won't be allowed to exit the restaurant. After arguments we paid $51.93 & they denied to give us the receipt of that amount. So total amount paid extra = $98.67 I would not mind paying this extra amount if the food provided was out of the world & never tried something like this before. So these guys are ripping off people. Will never recommend anyone.
