Une autre délicieuse soirée chez Les Cavistes. On a débuté avec le combo huîtres & champagne. Les huîtres étaient charnues & savoureuses, très fraîches. Ensuite on a dégusté la tartelette aux tomates en entrée, très fin. En plat principal, les poissons du moment étaient cuits à la perfection & les accompagnements étaient bien choisis, autant que les sauces juste comme il faut. Mention à notre serveur pour sa suggestion de vin blanc d'Allemagne, un pur délices. Les Cavistes c'est une excellente adresse avec une qualité de prestation constante.

We had such an amazing time here. We started our evening with champagne & oysters, who were super fresh. Followed by the escargot & two amazing main courses, the wine paring from our servers were on point by every dish. Finishing up with delicious dessert & an espresso martini that was sooo good! The service is 10/10 - a must visit! We will be back

Yesterday my wife & I discovered this wonderful Bistro Restaurant on Fleury St. We were served by Danny who is a real professional. The food, the service, the atmosphere & the wine were exceptional, I had the Boudin which was amazing & my wife had a Tartare au saumon. I must say that my wife has many food allergy & that Danny patiently asked all her restrictions to verify with the chef what could be prepared for her. Thank you to the chef. We would also thank Arthur that we had met when he was preparing the terrace in the afternoon, had it not been for him we would not have gone to discover this great place. Thank you everyone & we will return.

Nous sommes globalement satisfait du restaurant les cavistes.
Même si à mon gout la carte des vins au verre pourrait être plus étoffée, le service est attentionné, les lieux sont propres & de bons gouts, le personnel qualifié & compétents & la nourriture à la hauteur de nos espérances.
On mange bien, c'est copieux, les aliments variés & de qualité.
Mention spécial à Florent ! On aime bien revoir les mêmes têtes.
