I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a bowl of Taiwanese-style pork belly rice, & I must say, it was the best I've ever tasted. Here's why this dish left such a lasting impression on me. Each bite of the tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork was a burst of rich, deep flavors that were incredibly satisfying.
