I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a bowl of Taiwanese-style pork belly rice, & I must say, it was the best I've ever tasted. Here's why this dish left such a lasting impression on me. The pork belly was the star of the show, braised to perfection with a savory, aromatic sauce that hinted at soy, star anise, & five-spice powder. Each bite of the tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork was a burst of rich, deep flavors that were incredibly satisfying.

SO GOOD!!!!!! It was our first time trying it, & it definitely did not disappoint! MUST TRY! HIDDEN GEM! I got the fried pork chop with rice😊
