Awful service. The waiters will not on even walk over to the appropriate side of the table to serve the client their food. They reach over & pass it. When servings dessert they had the clients pass the plates to each other. Unfriendly demeanor. We has the casa steak. The meat was full of nerves & overcooked. Despite our prior reservation with a fixed group menu, they ran out of soup.

C comme s'il avait été pre-cuit avant mon arrivée & réchauffe avant de me servir. G demande cuisson médium & c'est arrivée tres cuit, les pommes de terre ordinaires & la salade on aurait dit que la vinaigrette avait été ajouté depuis quelques heures. Très déçue. Had a party of 60 yesterday to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. The food was DELICIOUS. Service was excellent. Highly recommend! Would 100% come back for other large parties.

Very disappointing, had a reservation for 5:30, told me to wait 5-10 minutes while they clear the table, an hour later they told me the same excuse that they are clearing the table, 20 minutes after that, we were seated, waited another 20 minutes for bread, got our food an hour after that, with no apologies & no accountability. The hostess had a bad attitude . The chicken was dry & the filet mignon smelled & tasted like freezer burn. Ruined the whole night for everyone.
May 10, 2025: Lovely evening with great food. Paul served us & he was super! He checked up on us, kept us updated on meals - there was a wedding going on too so we waited a little but it was well worth the wait Paul made our visit lovely!

J ai été invité par mon fils pour ma fête avec ma soeur & ma brue, sur la table il y avait des verres à vin sur 4verre 2 avait du rouge à lèvre .Ont à demandé du pain on l'a eu 25 min plus tard moi j ai commandé une brochette de poulet elle était tiède pis .Pour le dessert il avait oublié 20 min plus tard il est arrivé avec les 2 desserts Très déçu pour moi mais pour les autre repas qui à été servi à mon fils ma soeur & brue c était excellent

My family & I went to celebrate my dad's birthday. The power went out because the rain but we still have a great service. The food was delicious! Our waiter, Brandon, was very patient & kind to everyone. I definitely recommend this place 🙂
Was there on Easter had an amazing meal with my family food was great we had steaks & the waiter made an error in our order so we asked for what we had asked for in the first place & he made yet another error & he would not stop talking with us I go to a restaurant to enjoy time with my family not to have a waiter constantly at my table the waiter was an older gentleman highly recommend coming to the restaurant just stay away from an older waiter besides that food is excellent
Jai habitude d'aller à la succursale sur sherbrook près de viau depuis des années environ 1x par mois & parfois plus. Malgré que j'habite près de la succursale pie-IX. Pour Pâques nous sommes allé en famille (3) à celle de pie-IX. Oui le décors est joli, MAIS QUELLE IMMENSE DÉCEPTION POUR LA NOURRITURE!!! Je mange pratiquement toujours la même chose, & pas 1x ça n'a été aussi raté à l'autre succursale. Les calmars étaient caoutchouteux x1000, mon steak casa, demandé médium, était hyper cuit & sec sec sec, le mien & celui de ma mère égal. La salade, la vinaigrette était fade, c'était étrange...trop diluée? Le poulet de mon amie était bon parrait-il. Le thé servi dans une tasse directement de taille 3 gorgées, pas de théière d'eau chaude à côté... heureusement que notre serveur était très sympathique, même s'il y avait une erreur dans la commande de ma mère, c'était fête & plein, c'est vraiment comréhensible, mais la nourriture à ce point raté, Rush pas Rush, à 60$ la tête c'est inaceptable 😪 malheureusement 🤷?♀?

Nous avons bien aimé le nouveau décor! Nous avons été servie par Paul wow très bon serveur qui prends bien soins de ces clients vraiment très gentil souriant & aimable avec expérience Merci Paul on va revenir & réserver une table & te demander comme serveur! Merci
La bouffe très bonne sauf le riz un peu trop cuit mais ça arrive en espérant qu'il sera meilleur la prochaine fois! La poitrine de poulet Wow j'adore!! Si non les portion son moyenne. Mais pour moi c'est parfait! Le seul bon resto dans notre coin alors on est vraiment content qu'il soit de retour, c'est une nouvelle administration. On va se revoir souvent!

We had a family gathering (18 people) & we were all served by a waiter named Paul. He was fantastic. Very nice & social He took care of us like we were his family!
