Belle expérience, le service a été excellent. Nous y sommes allés pendant la journée ce n'était pas très occupé. Les plats étaient copieux. Je n'ai pas pris de photo.

Accueil déplorable & serveuse à l'attitude pitoyable dès notre arrivée. Nous avions l'impression de déranger les employés. Devant ce manque de professionnalisme & de courtoisie, nous avons préféré quitter les lieux sans même commander & nous rendre dans une autre succursale.

To begin with, the waiter's service was somewhat discourteous. When we ordered the appetizer, we wanted to take a moment to look at the menu before deciding what to order, but he rushed us, saying that he had other customers waiting & that it would be faster if we placed the order right away.

We placed our order at 3:10 p.m., & by 3:45 p.m., our food still had not arrived. Because of the long wait, we decided to pay only for the appetizer we had ordered. At that moment, the manager approached us & said that we had only been waiting for 10 minutes since placing our order, when in reality we had ordered at 3:10 p.m.

Apparently, the waiter forgot to submit our order, since several customers who arrived after us had already received their main dishes.

La nourriture est très bonne & le spécial pour deux était vraiment rentable, le problème était juste le service. Il manque cruellement d'employés. Cette soirée là (un lundi), le jeune serveur était seul ou bien avec une autre personne, mais il était clairement débordé. Il n'est jamais venu remplir de nouveau les verres d'eau, & à la fin après 20-30 minutes d'attente, nous sommes allés nous-même à la sortie pour avoir la facture & payer. Nourriture très bonne, le service un peu moins, mais clairement le jeune homme travaillait sans arrêt c'est juste que c'était trop long pour juste partir.
