La Cantina Concha is at once a café, a bar, and a dance space tucked away in Old Montreal. More than just a bar, it’s a vibrant gathering place. Our mission: to offer a warm, joyful, and inclusive environment where the community can thrive — and to proudly celebrate our love for Mexico and its vibrant culture.

It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, a spontaneous after-work drink, or an unforgettable night of dancing. We envisioned a space open to everyone, where hospitality regains its true meaning: genuine welcome, shared joy, and real human connection.

Proudly queer and woman-founded, La Cantina Concha is the co-creation of Daphnee Vary Deshaies. It’s a safe space for all. We place inclusivity and diversity at the heart of everything we do — from hiring to musical programming to the artists who bring the venue to life. We also value social sustainability for our team.
