Stopped by for coffee & tried a few of their breakfast & sandwich options-everything was pretty good for a quick bite! Even though most tables are usually occupied, it's still fairly easy to grab a spot to sit & enjoy your brunch. Cons - the vegetarian options are very limited, & finding a parking spot in the lot can be a nightmare. I'd highly recommend looking for street parking on the nearby side streets instead.

Ordered the breakfast sandwiche with extra'braised ham'. The ham was boiled & was mostly chucks of fat I had to take out of my mouth. I would not go back unfortunately.
Over all very expensive.
I also had a latte & maple tart.
All 3 times came to 30$....
I don't mind spending but the quality was not reflected for the price.

I pet-sit for a friend across the street, & this is my go-to breakfast spot. Excellent coffee, delicious food & pastries, & friendly service. Love their photo wall of dogs of the neighbourhood, super cute!
