The brunch menu & pastry selection were both very enjoyable. The avocado toast & shakshuka had great flavor, & we really liked the overall food experience. The only area that could use improvement is the service. After finishing our main dishes, we ordered pastries to enjoy at the table. Shortly after, a large group arrived, & the manager approached us to ask when we would be done, as they needed to accommodate the incoming guests. We let her know we were already planning to leave before finishing the pastries, but the interaction felt rushed.
It would be helpful if the staff allowed guests to finish their visit without feeling pressured to vacate the table, even during busy periods. A more discreet or courteous approach-or offering an alternative solution-would make the dining experience feel more welcoming & relaxed.
The food was delicious. The seating area is kind of crammed - good for eating the food but not for eating & talking in a relaxed way.
We had a great experience here. The food was an easy 5 stars, & the atmosphere was great, but I'd give 10 stars to the service if I could. Everyone was beyond kind. We came with our two kids & a stroller, & though it's not designed to be a kid-friendly space, no one made us feel unwelcome, & the staff did their best to help us out (we came at an off-peak time, I would not recommend a stroller during their peak busy times). I will definitely come back, maybe with friends though so I can truly enjoy the atmosphere & food 😆.
Friendly stuff & food was delicious 😍 portions are big & you'll definitely get a good experience in this place
Édit: the waitress got to my friend & I while finishing & didn't excuse herself but just explained stuff « it's like that » it was extremely rude & inappropriate. Will not come back.
Following the establishment's official reply (included below), my initial impression is confirmed. The tone is condescending, personal, & unnecessarily aggressive for a professional response. There is no apology, no attempt to understand the customer experience - only justification & personal remarks. Readers can draw their own conclusions.
