This is probably the longest ive ever waited for staff to acknowledge my existence. & even after 20 minutes waiting at the cash, nobody even cared to ask or tell me anything. Not even a'it wont be long'. Or even a smile. Gosh, you'd expect to be welcomed into the shop but we didnt even get a glance from the two workers. Even if it is busy, it costs nothing to acknowledge a client. It was taking forever I even had to sit & wait.

Very dissapointed by this lack of interaction. I took a quick glance at the reviews before putting mine as well, to see if this may have been an exception & that i was the only one that had a mid experience, but it seems that it unfortunately is a pretty frequent & reoccurring issue. Managment needs to adress this!

That being said, we unfortunately didnt get to try the drinks (which honestly looked really good, i was very excited to try them out..). We drove 30 minutes to come try this out by the way. We just decided to leave & wasted a good 1h30 total of our evening. Please do better.

This was my first time going to this hidden gem near Cremazie metro that my sis had recommended me. We ordered the following drinks: creme brulee latte, dragonfruit lemonade, strawberry lemonade & mango lemonade. We were all so happy with our order. We had complimentary macaroons on top of it! The service was excellent & it's a very nice quiet place. I'll definitely come back because it's a place where they genuinely care about their customers.

It has been a long time since I wanted to go there, friends told me about this place & I saw some pictures, & the actual experience visiting this place & eating the food was very high above what I expected, may Allah grant you more & more success in this life & in the hereafter!

Beautiful palestinian owned cafe that has such delicious coffee & snacks! I tried it out with my sister & mom today, & we tried the Qahwah latte(my fave), the Latte Creme brulée(also so good) & an avocado toast 😋 Super nice staff & the atmosphere is relaxing & cozy. Would recommend! 💚
