J'ai le même sentiment que plusieurs ont d'une employée au caractère exécrable mais si au moins elle était moins vocale même à ma table je ne cessait de l'entendre se plaindre & même sacré , ça te scrapt un ambiance , je vais aller prendre mon café au Tim maintenant pour être tranquille .

Moi je n'ai que de bon mots ,ceux qui avait ça ont maintenant vendu c'est domage ils étaient très sympathique mais après tant d'année on peu comprendre . Bonne retraite bien mérité à vous deux !
Caissière pas très sympathique, chaque fois que j'y vais, semble de mauvaise humeur & rude. Je sais qu'on a tous notre vie & elle ne mérite clairement pas un congédiement, mais ce n'est pas très accueillant.
Chocolatine was good, cookie too sweet & the London Fog was okay. Vegetarian sandwiches there are not the best. Good to work or study. They ask directly for tip when you pay by card.

1e visite à ce café aujourd'hui. Rien à ajouter sur le service & la qualité de la nourriture. 5/5. Je laisse une note de 4 étoiles car je trouve ça dommage qu'on ne puisse pas commander en ligne sur l'application ni scanner sa carte de fidélité Van Houtte.. nous devons aller à celui de Iberville pour que ça fonctionne. Dommage, mais c'est ce que je ferai à l'avenir..
Ok oui, les prix sont chers... Comme littéralement partout j'ai envie de dire. À part ça, j'aime beaucoup l'ambiance de la place, y'a énormément de place où s'asseoir (beaucoup de sofas & de banquettes!), & le wifi est disponible gratuitement. J'ai toujours été bien accueilli par les employés, dont un monsieur en particulier très sympathique & chaleureux ! Super place où déjeuner quand vous devez aller porter votre parent à l'hôpital le matin (pas du tout une anecdote personnelle)
It's an average small town cafe that's probably a chain. The food was nice, good sandwiches. The latte was very watered down, the chai latte was good. The paying for the meal was really awkward. In yet another example of how tipping has gone crazy. The cashier asked my wife how much she would like to tip, while hovering over the cash register... This isn't her choice (I'm assuming) but the entire interaction is designed to make customers uncomfortable by vocalizing their tip... I detest this culture of tipping & pressuring customers. I hope management sees this & can appreciate how rude this is. If you want a tip, use an iPad or allow people to tip on the receipt.
