Attente très longue pour obtenir un espresso allongé. À l'intérieur, il faisait beaucoup trop chaud : aucune fenêtre ouverte, alors que nous sommes le 15 août !

Mais le pire reste la présence de trois chiens dans un local où l'on sert de la nourriture, notamment des produits laitiers. Je trouve cela franchement dégoûtant & surtout très peu hygiénique. Une situation vraiment désagréable!

A la réponse à votre réponse & avant d'argumenter, veuillez noter que, selon la réglementation en vigueur au Québec, les animaux sont interdits dans les locaux alimentaires, sauf dans les cas prévus par la réglementation, notamment pour les chiens-guides ou les chiens d'assistance reconnus.

What a cute place. We happened to be in town vacationing & learned that this was Louise Penny's cafe. Just read the 10th book in series so was a very pleasant surprise! So welcoming & love how dogs are a central theme 🐕 oh, coffee & croissant were also very good

Very warm & welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable furniture grouped around low tables, chairs in pairs, & also chairs placed for singles. Chairs too around dining tables. Arrangements that encourage conversation with strangers & an atmosphere that makes it likely that one will want to engage with others. Very dog friendly with water bowls & jars of dog biscuits available. Also jars of jelly beans for humans!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a coffee shop took them 45 minutes to pour three espressos. They didn't have any consideration for our time & experience. Terrible coffee shop.
