Founded in 2008, Café Resto Le Gavroche is located at 304 Notre-Dame East. The Trapeaux family—Jean-Michel, his daughter Stéphanie, and his brother Christian—opened its doors to offer the people of Victoriaville and Quebec a cuisine they call "Franchouillarde." To simplify, this term refers to an influence inspired by French bistro-style cooking. This type of cuisine can be described as simple, flavorful, and delicious.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en couple au Gavroche cette semaine! Nous étions venus il y a 4 ans & nous n'avions pas dû venir un « bon » jour, c'était un samedi soir & nous avions attendu 1h30 avant d'avoir nos plats.
Il y a quelques mois lors d'une soirée d'équipe, j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité du repas.
Je suis donc revenue cette semaine avec mon mari pour fêter nos 1 mois de mariage & nous y avons très bien mangé!

C'était la première fois que je venais avec mon copain & certainement pas la dernière!

Le service était impeccable! Le personnel amical, la nourriture étais arrivée très rapidement ( en 30 minutes on a eu nos entrées, repas principaux & la facture) la qualité de la nourriture était merveilleuse!

Je recommande à n'importe qui
