On adore! Le staff est tellement gentil & accueillant. Ce serait vraiment bien s'il y avait plus d'options véganes par contre.

J'y viens régulièrement. L'endroit est bien situé & c'est agréable d'y travailler. Par contre aujourd'hui, ça manquait de gestion d'équipe. Ils sont 4 derrière le comptoir avec ce que je comprends être une gestionnaire. Ils jasent entre eux (probablement de job mais on attend quand même au comptoir). Passe encore.

Mais les toilettes sont sales. Les poubelles débordent. & je suis obligée d'aller demander une guenille pour laver une table parce que la salle n'est pas ramassée ni lavée. C'est pas la foule. Je réitère qu'ils sont 4!! & qu'ils jasent.

Un excellent service aurait été de venir laver la table quand j'ai mentionné les tables sales. On m'a tendu une guenille & la gérante m'a quitté en me regardant laver ma table.

Bref, tu peux demander 15% de pourboire sur la machine interac mais ça prend un minimum de service.

& à la direction qui va répondre avec un message disant de les contacter en privé n'a bla, sachez que j'étais sur place. Votre gestionnaire aussi. Elle aurait pu faire ça live.
