CAFÉ KRÉMA se présente comme un endroit cosy et central avec un excellent café et une équipe accueillante. Le matcha et l'Americano obtiennent de nombreuses éloges, et la chocolatine ou les encas rapides s'adaptent bien à une visite rapide et savoureuse. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et l'on profite d'un cadre confortable et d'une vue agréable. Bien que certaines périodes soient plus occupées et que le service puisse être plus lent, l'expérience globale met en valeur la qualité du café, l'ambiance conviviale et l'emplacement pratique pour une pause rapide.
I go here for cappuccino from time to time, excellent coffee. Can be a bit of wait if the hotel is busy or there are conferences. Haven't tried the food but everything looks good.

Top coffee spot in Montreal. The line up gets long during rush hour in the morning but it's a smaller spot & right in the heart of Montreal financial district. Nice spot to sit & enjoy a coffee.
on m'a recommandé du café chez Kréma.... mais je ne pense pas que c'est bon. Le service est vraiment limite! On est bien quand même dans un des meilleure hotel à Montréal. uhmmmmm

Small, upscale coffee shop at the bottom of the hotel. Despite the elegant design & lush seating, the coffee quality isn't the highest. Their decaf is self-roasted, blend, but extraction is chemical. I tried the chai & it was decent just more sweet then I prefer. Overall not bad but I expected the best of the best. Also, seating is limited & place gets busy with hotel guests so not the best spot to work.
Always busy; It was not on my schedule even though I lived there. I changed my mind after the tour guy highly recommended. Nice flat white, even though need to wait a little bit longer. But It's not a good place to talk since always busy 🤭
Stopped by this cafe to grab some food before our train. Service was friendly & quick. We ordered a couple pastries & croissant sandwiches. Pastries were okay, not fresh. Smoked salmon sandwich had bones in it & was fishy. Ham sandwich was decent. Disappointing for the price we paid.
