J'ai probablement eu ma pire expérience en termes de service à la clientèle avec Café Barista après avoir acheté une cafetière Bellucci. Celle-ci fonctionnait très mal & en contactant l'entreprise on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun retour ni échange possible & que je devais contacter directement Bellucci. J'ai eu de nombreux échanges avec Bellucci, une réparation de machine, mais celle-ci étant de mauvaise qualité je suis resté pris avec.

Suite à mon avis, l'entreprise a pris contact avec moi & a réussi à trouver un arrangement qui convenait. La situation est finalement réglée correctement. J'ai modifié mon avis de 1 étoile à 3 étoiles pour prendre en considération leur retour.

Expérience cinq étoiles ! Cette formation intensive de barista a complètement dépassé nos attentes. Le véritable point fort a été notre formatrice, Salomée. Elle possède une approche géniale, alliant un humour contagieux à des connaissances techniques impressionnantes. C'est fascinant de l'écouter partager sa passion du café. Si vous désirez pousser votre compréhension & vos techniques à un autre niveau, cette formation est un arrêt obligatoire. Merci Salomée !

Quand j'ai su que c'était là que le Père Noël achetait son café, j'y suis allé en pleine confiance & je ne suis jamais déçu!

Le crémone c'est mon choix
