J'ai probablement eu ma pire expérience en termes de service à la clientèle avec Café Barista après avoir acheté une cafetière Bellucci. Celle-ci fonctionnait très mal & en contactant l'entreprise on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun retour ni échange possible & que je devais contacter directement Bellucci. J'ai eu de nombreux échanges avec Bellucci, une réparation de machine, mais celle-ci étant de mauvaise qualité je suis resté pris avec.

Aucune aide ou compréhension malheureusement.

Expérience cinq étoiles ! Cette formation intensive de barista a complètement dépassé nos attentes. Le véritable point fort a été notre formatrice, Salomée. Elle possède une approche géniale, alliant un humour contagieux à des connaissances techniques impressionnantes. C'est fascinant de l'écouter partager sa passion du café.
