Le café est succulent. La nourriture, ordinaire . Aucun confort pour les clients. Les bancs sont inconfortables, les tables non fixes, malheureusement ce qui aurait pu être une super expérience, c'est transformé en déception. Le confort & l'espace travail est strictement réservé à leurs clients commerciaux. Très dommage.

We missed out turn & went in their parkinglot to turn around - best mistake of the trip. We went in to get a coffee & a snack. Ended up taking a bunch of pastries on the road with us.
I can't comment on the coffee gear shop or on the wholesale beans business, but what's surprising is that for how much they sell & how reputed they are in the business, the location on Louvain (after 6 months of working at an office nearby) has messed up every single one of my espresso orders. Too cold, crema non-existant or too thin, or my allonge gets watered down with'boiling' water from the machine that's actually just...barely hot.
Le Barista ! Meilleur café, personnels sympas & compétents! Quand ya des formations'barista' le fun s'entend jusque dans l'air de vente ! Acheter un 500g de café & obtenez un latte gratuit ! Best deal ever! Une super entreprise, ça vaut le détour! Juste à côté de la microbrasserie Le silo !
Went here for the first time for the Barista Fest ! & it was great. Nice team, nice latte, & the event itself was super interesting. I love coffee gear & stuff & got a hoodie & tote bag. :)

C'est une super expérience d'achat chez Barista! J'y suis allé pour une nouvelle machine espresso & Yannick a prit tout son temps pour me démontrer comment elle fonctionne. Il a bien répondu à tout mes questions, sans jamais me prendre de haut! Je suis partie avec ma nouvelle machine, heureux & confiant!
Hier, j'ai eu la chance de plonger tête première dans l'univers du latte art grâce à une formation chez Café Barista - & quel shot d'inspiration! C'est Paul qui menait la machine, & laissez-moi vous dire : ce gars-là ne fait pas que mousser du lait, il insuffle de la passion dans chaque micro-bulle.Pédagogue, patient, drôle, ultra-compétent… Paul a transformé une simple formation en véritable expérience sensorielle. Il ne s'est pas contenté d'assurer : il a surdosé l'espresso de savoir-faire & garni ça d'une crème de bonne humeur.Je suis reparti avec des techniques solides, des conseils personnalisés &, surtout, le goût de continuer à perfectionner mon art. Un grand merci à Paul & à l'équipe de Café Barista - vous m'avez donné bien plus qu'un coeur dans une tasse : vous m'avez transmis une passion.
What a surprise this place. One wouldnt expect this level of warmth & service in what is not typically a neighborhood of coffee shops & restaurants. The effervescent Salomee behind the counter was a Godsend after that doctor's appointment, purely for her presence & warmth that felt like a hug. I know it's a coffee place, but their Chai Latte was well done, & proper hot, which is not always the case in the island. A lovely chocolate almond cake that reminded me of my mother. Light striking on a cloudy day. Also, they sell Pistachio milk!

J'ai suivi la formation de 4 heures le 18 avril dernier. C'était vraiment très intéressant & instructif. Même après des années à regarder des vidéos youtube sur le café, j'en ai appris beaucoup lors de la formation. La formatrice était excellente. Ça se voyait qu'elle était professionnelle & qu'elle aimait ce qu'elle faisait.
Le fait d'avoir manipulé une machine Rocket m'a convaincu qu'il fallait remplacer ma Breville. Je suis retourné à la boutique le lendemain matin & je me suis gâté avec une Chronometro Mozzafiato Evo Type R & un moulin Macap Leo 55.
J'ai été très bien servi & ce par la même personne qui m'avait donné le cours la veille. Elle a pris le temps pour bien me conseiller & a même calibrer le moulin.
Super service à la clientèle , j'ai commandé en ligne & il y avait une petite coquille dans la livraison , je leur ai écrit un courriel & tout s'est réglé dans les 24h suivant. La livraison est aussi très rapide & le produit excellent.
Le Café Barista est un excellent endroit où j'ai pris un matcha qui était vraiment délicieux. Les serveurs sont très gentils & le service est rapide. Leurs sandwichs sont très bons, mais il faut venir tôt car ils en ont peu & ils partent très vite le midi . À noter qu'ils proposent une formule du midi avec boisson incluse, qui est très intéressante. Il y'a un espace de travail très jolie à l'étage. On peut également retrouver du café & autres (chocolat, machine, etc…). Je recommande !
