J'ai eu une expérience très décevante avec ce restaurant. J'ai commandé des plats avec de la viande à trois reprises, mais à chaque fois j'ai reçu du poulet à la place de ce que j'avais demandé.
Lorsque j'ai contacté le restaurant pour signaler le problème, la personne au téléphone m'a parlé de manière très irrespectueuse & a même raccroché.
En plus de cela, la nourriture n'était pas propre & était mal préparée & mal présentée. Ils manquent de professionnalisme dans leur travail. Dans l'ensemble, la qualité du service & des plats est loin des attentes de base. À trois reprises, je n'ai pas pu dîner & j'ai dû jeter la nourriture à la poubelle.

Franchement, c'est honteux & scandaleux qu'un serveur, dès qu'il sert du tabac à chiquer & fait la vaisselle, coupe immédiatement le pain & la viande. Quand je lui ai fait remarquer poliment, il m'a répondu : « Si ça ne vous plaît pas, jetez la nourriture à la poubelle. » Une expérience dégoûtante & une personne très impolie.

Le livreur du restaurant est sale & insalubre ; il agit avec arrogance & fierté, & ses mains sont sales, qu'il s'agisse de l'évier, de la vente directe de tabac ou du service de la viande.

La pire expérience culinaire de ma vie. Le serveur, en particulier, se prend pour un médecin spécialiste : il est impoli & ne respecte aucune norme d'hygiène. Du café au tabac, il touche directement la viande & le pain avec ses mains.

J'avais l'habitude de manger souvent ici & j'aimais beaucoup, mais ces derniers temps je suis déçue. Aujourd'hui , pour la deuxième fois, mon sandwich au poulet n'était pas bon : la viande ne semblait pas être du vrai bon poulet, mais plutôt des morceaux de reste ou de mauvaise qualité, & en plus elle n'était pas bien cuite. C'est dommage, car avant c'était toujours frais & délicieux. J'espère que la qualité du poulet pourra s'améliorer comme avant

Atmosphère typiquement algérienne! J'ai pris des grillades & une pizza viande hachée. 5 étoile. Vraiment délicieux. J'ai l'impression d'être de retour en Algérie. Merci.
