Burger Factor had Great food, friendly service, & a nice atmosphere. Everything was fresh & well prepared I'd definitely recommend this place.
Adam was an excellent server who made sure we had everything we needed & kept the experience smooth & enjoyable.

Shoutout to Adam at The Burger Factory for the amazing service! He was super friendly, attentive, & made the whole experience smooth & enjoyable. The food was great, but the service really stood out & made it even better. Definitely coming back because of that level of care.

We found a metal staple inside one of our burgers. I wish I was joking.

Even if we ignore this health red flag, the beef burgers are unseasoned & bland. The chicken burgers are even worse, & don't bother trying the different kinds of chicken burgers as the employee served all of them the same way.

Also the restaurant was out of utensils but he did not tell us until after we ordered & paid (some side dishes cannot be eated with your hands, like poutine for example).

Literally nothing went right with our visit to this place. I would give this branch zero stars if I could.

Very bad restaurant. Cleanliness is non-existent & the bathroom is dirty.
The hamburger meat has a strange taste & is not good.
The staff are indifferent.
I do not recommend it at all.
