It's a BYOW buffet with decent options, I'd say the'staple' ones. Not a crazy amount of variety. However, the sushi is made fresh at your command & brought to your table. Service is impeccable.

First time happen to be in st constant area So I decided to have dinner at oriental Buffett ,upon arrival they received me well ,& I found out the place is nice & clean & the staff was very helpful as well , Specially the food was Excellent as well as Freshly made sushi at the spot ! I would recommend everyone to go there & have freshly made Chinese food along with sushi ! My rating for this place is five stars & AAA
