Late Friday evening I called & I placed an order for delivery of 30 boneless chicken wings, no fries, & six dips. My order came to $55 & change. I tipped the Lady five bucks for delivery, even though it took forever, I was looking so forward to eating the wings because I had been starving & I haven't been well so I've been ordering out a lot. What I had ordered was supposed to last me three days. When I opened the box, they didn't look like they used to look. I took five out of the box not by putting a fork through it; I just tossed them onto a small plate. When I went to eat it, it was so hard that it had to have been fried many times over to be that hard. Anyone who cooks will know that this process will make them like rocks. Since it was late, & I was extremely exhausted, I figured I would call them the following day as 25 were left that I couldn't eat because they were as hard as rocks. I normally eat 10.
When I called the following day, I was told I should've called them that night, mind, you, this is around midnight.
They told me to send them a video & a photo & they will review it & get back to me. After a few hours, I called back. They said that they had to check with the cooks. As if they can tell how hard it is through a video & as if the cooks would admit to wrong doing. Supposedly someone was supposed to get back to me Saturday night or today which is Sunday. Of course no one did.
Mind you, by this time I'm very pissed off. After calling numerous times on Sunday, I was told to call back after six when the manager would be there. Well, I called back after six & they were haggling with me while putting me on hold. Finally, they said they would give 10 wings like they're doing me a favor. I continued to complain & said they would give me 15 which I figured would be okay, but not. I wanted something edible for my money. They told me I could go pick it up. Well I went there & they told me they cant do anything. At that point I got crazy. This crazy lady in her pajamas & in a lot of pain dumped the rocks onto their counter. I called the number that had told me to go there & get my wings. Somebody answered & put me on hold for a bit & then came back & asked me if I dumped the wings onto the counter & I said yes. I told them in my email that I would do it. I told him on the phone I would do it. It's not like I didn't tell them I was going to do that. They told me that I had to leave the establishment. Meanwhile. I'm calling from my car in the parking lot. Regardless, they would call the authorities & get me for trespassing. Can you imagine that? Was I yelling in there? Absolutely. I would NOT recommend Buffalo Bills at all. They're not what they used to be. The hoops that I had to go through to get nowhere was insane. I'll be contacting my bank. I want to put a stop on that payment.

We ordered for delivery & waited two hours for wings & once it arrived they gave terrible costumer service & only wanted to compensate 10% for the two hour wait. We then tried calling the store after to give a complaint & they did not answer any of our calls absolutely ridiculous. Price is unbelievable for the amount of wings we get
I had ordered from the lasalle restaurant on several occasions. First, ordered suicide sauce, as I remembered from the past having a little spice but amazing flavor. What i recieved was not suicide sauce wings, no spice at all. I decided to give Buffalo bills another chance & ordered 4 alarm sauce. To my disappointment, no spice again, tasted the same bland flavor. I tried again at the same location & ordered 911 sauce. Guess what? Same bland, no spice flavor. Recieved the same sauce everytime. Very disappointed & feel i wasted my money. This has occurred at several different locations now. Buffalo Bills seems to be cutting costs & simply serving one sauce no matter what I ordered. Chateauguay location has been the same disappointment. Such a shame. I used to look forward to my spicy wings nights. I have lost that anticipation, & they have lost a loyal customer.

J'avais commande une fois très tard & je n'ai jamais reçu la commande mais c'est correct car il était tard, mais aujourd'hui, j'ai commandé a 19h & je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, j'ai appelé pour avoir un suivis, ils m'ont mis en attante & après l'appel s'est coupé. Cela fait 5 minutes que j'essaie de rappeler mais je tombe direct dans la boite vocal qui est desactivée…
Very nice people, & the food is always fresh! & the wings are not those tiny wings that they used to have once upon a time. I will always go back to this location. 🙏🏾

All they do is bullshit. I placed the order at 8:09 pm, its 9:45 now & still didn't got nothing. The number they provided is not working at all. When i call their another number the guy told me im on my way but its been 30 mins & i got nothing till now. Worst experience ever.
Put in an order at 5:16pm then had to call back at 6:50 cause I still hadn't received my order only to be told my food is leaving now & should reach in 20 minutes. It is now 8 & still no food & no way to reach them because the phone says no one can answer at this time. Seriously guys this is ridiculous
