Très belle découverte au Broue Pub Brouhaha samedi dernier! J'ai vraiment apprécié l'expérience, particulièrement pour la variété de l'offre &, surtout, pour la qualité de la nourriture.

J'aime beaucoup le fait qu'il y ait trois ambiances différentes : la terrasse, la verrière & la salle à manger. Ça permet vraiment de choisir l'endroit qui correspond à notre humeur & au type de soirée qu'on veut passer. C'est un concept très agréable, surtout quand on veut revenir plusieurs fois & vivre une expérience un peu différente à chaque visite.

Côté décoration, on sent toutefois que l'endroit commence à avoir besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. Certains éléments font un peu vieillissants & les salles de bains sont clairement le point qui aurait le plus besoin d'attention. Elles sont dans un état assez piteux & contrastent avec le reste de l'expérience.

Pour la bière, il y a énormément de choix & c'est définitivement un des gros points forts du Brouhaha. Plusieurs variétés sont offertes & elles sont toutes très bonnes. Environ 80 % des bières sont brassées sur place, ce qui ajoute vraiment quelque chose à l'expérience. Il y a également plusieurs choix de cocktails pour ceux qui préfèrent autre chose que la bière.

Mais honnêtement, ce que j'ai le plus aimé, c'est la nourriture. Il m'a fallu beaucoup de temps pour choisir quoi commander tellement tout avait l'air bon! Finalement, j'ai opté pour la pizza alsacienne ainsi que les ailes de canard provenant de leur fumoir.

& quelle bonne décision! Les deux étaient absolument délicieux. Les ailes de canard fumées ont particulièrement retenu mon attention : c'était vraiment excellent & ça sortait de l'ordinaire. La pizza alsacienne était elle aussi vraiment savoureuse.

Au final, malgré quelques éléments qui mériteraient d'être rafraîchis, notamment la décoration & les salles de bains, j'ai passé une très belle soirée. Avec le choix d'ambiances, l'excellente sélection de bières, les cocktails & surtout une nourriture vraiment réussie, c'est définitivement une place que je serais prêt à revisiter.
