This is my favourite Resto in Boucherville. The food is wonderful. I always liked the staff but the last 2 times they were just off. Not as friendly, I don't know, it is hard to put my finger on it. Kind of puts a damper on things

Nous y allons assez régulièrement , c'était la première fois pour fêter un anniversaire tous ont aimé le service & la bouffe. Le gâteau de fête était excellent.

Très bon resto où nous allons régulièrement. On a toujours eu un excellent service & les mets sont délicieux. & surtout si vous y allez un samedi soir n'oubliez pas de réserver!

En tant que clients de longue date de Bravi, nous avons été surpris de la piètre qualité du service. Notre table était dans un coin &, sans aucun doute invisible. Lorsque nos pâtes ont été servies, on ne nous a pas offert de parmesan. Çà nous a pris 10 minutes pour finalement attirer l'attention de quelqu'un pour en avoir. Nos verres d'eau étaient toujours vides. Pourtant, quelqu'un passait constamment à toutes les tables pour remplir les verres, sauf nous. Nous étions vraiment invisibles. Nous avons dû nous déplacer vers le bar pour demander qu'on nous apporte de l'eau. Même après cet épisode, on remplissait les verres de tous sauf nous. Invisibles! Nous avons choisi la table d'hôte, avec dessert inclus. Quel dessert? Il n'y avait que 2 choix puisqu'il ne restait plus de dessert. Tous les bons desserts étaient non disponibles. Très décevant. Bravi ne nous avait pas habitués à çà. Nous avions souvent vanté ce resto au couple d'amis qui nous accompagnait pour notre souper d'anniversaire. Ils avaient hâte de voir çà. Ils ont dit: plus jamais. Au moins, le repas était bon. Bravi était notre resto favori pour célébrer des événements importants pour nous. Nous allons prendre une pause pour leur laisser le temps de se ressaisir.
