Trois bières sans un service exceptionnel & me faire crier dessus parce que j'ai eu le malheur de ne pas donner de pourboire, je trouve ça un peu facile. Je suis pâtissier en restauration &, pardon mademoiselle, un pourboire est pour un service exceptionnel.(pardon d'être un bon vivant)

We came after work for some drinks, Kelly, Laura, Kayla were hillarious. This was the best service I've had in a long time. Kelly was outstanding & constantly smiling.

Today is the men's final gold medal hockey game (Canada vs USA), I understand it is busy but management should of prepared better & had extra staff working. Only three servers to handle all the tables? Game stated at 8:00am & only got coffee at 9:00am. It's now 10:49am & we still haven't got any food. Must be one cook in the kitchen.
Dear management, pull up your socks & help out your staff. Not like you don't see this game coming.
I'm a regular here & I absolutely love coming here. They know my order by heart & the staff is like family. Food is always great & the staff even better. Always super welcoming & Louis the manager is the best!!
Not many places are open on a Monday night but this one was. I'm not sure why this place got a bad rep because my service was great,the food was actually good for all of us, no complaints from none of us

Went here with 5 friends & had a really bad experience. We ordered beers but they took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we are all 18+.
The food was very dry & not good at all. Our waiter, Anthony, was rude the whole time & even seemed to be drinking while working. Service was very slow, & when we asked for water we got tiny cups full of ice & barely any water, filling it up once every 30-40 minutes.
I came here with a group of 6 friends & we ordered beers, but staff took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we were all 18+. That already set a bad tone for the night.
The food was extremely dry & honestly just bad overall. Definitely not worth the price.
Our waiter, Anthony, was extremely rude the entire time. It even seemed like he was drinking while on shift, which was really unprofessional. The service was also incredibly slow. When we finally got water, it came in the smallest cups possible, filled mostly with ice & barely any actual water.
On top of that, I had to reorder my meal 3 times, once with Anthony & again with another waiter, before they finally got my order right.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not come back. PS: table was super messy also
First time here was not impressed , my waitress was missing most of the time it wasn't a packed night either just pure negligence. Didn't even bother to give cutlery.Now for the atrocity of the food , chicken strips burnt , hard definitely microwaved. My burger was pink & I came home sickly after. The atmosphere & ambience was nice however doesn't make up for the lack of decent food & service. Will not be returning.
Great experience always & mostly customer service. A big thank you to Lucy for her hospitality & exceptional care. Looking forward to our next visit. Another big thank you to Luis, a true gentleman !
Tout as été parfait. Un gros merci a nos 3 serveur/euses. La nourriture était excellente. Un groupe de 31 personnes & tout c'est bien déroulé. On y retournera pour sur.
On y allait a chaque année pour notre dîner de Noël au travail.
Cette année nous n'avions pas droit au spécial du midi car nous étions plus que 10.
Domage,on trouvera mieux ailleurs l'an prochain.

Vraiment une belle place avec une atmosphère plaisante. Les repas sont excellents & le service a été rapide & amical, ils ont même accomodé mon ami végan. C'est une belle place pour avoir une réception en amis & famille.
Employés agréables & serviables même envers les enfants. À mon avis, bon repas bien épicé (pas trop salé & qui agrémente le goût naturel des aliments).
