Ordered ribs & they were super dry & chewy( we sepend lots of money on the table since we were 6 people). Returned them because it's not eatable, got a chicken burger instead that was served by the manager & he said'les ribs etaient pas sec,il sont bons je les ai essayé' in a rude maner & left. So unprofessional.
First of all eating wasted food with dirty napkins in it is disgusting & second of all as a manager instead of criticism you should excuse your self for serving not eatable food. 👎
We came here as a family to enjoy an early dinner on Saturday & we were hoping for good, tasty'brasserie food' but it was just meh. We got the calamari, which were tiny little deep fried pieces, nothing like the rings & tentacles you usually get. I got the manoir burger, which was a massive double patty but the meat had almost no flavour. The sweet potato fries were decent. The chicken burger was a bit dry, too. Overall just middle of the road!
The waiter was the best part, by far! He was so sweet.

I was very disappointed yesterday on Mother's Day. My children took me out & when we arrived at the Manoir there was a booth empty & your manager refused to serve us. She said that there was a huge backlog, if the manager knows that the restaurant will be busy more help is needed. I am a regular customer at the Manoir & I hope that this will not happen again.

While we were waiting just about 2 hours for our food, they servers were BUSY TAKING SHOTS BEHIND THE BAR. Absolutely so unprofessional & disrespectful to the patient customers waiting extremely long for basic food.
I would never recommend this spot for any time of meal or event or get together.
Trash beyond.
This is THE PLACE for watching sports on great, big, clear TVs (located throughout) & having great pub food. The staff is friendly & efficient. The place is airy, clean & lots of fun, Shout out to Louis who greeted us with a smile & made our night extra soecial. I love the Brasserie Manoir!! Dino Mazzone
Went to catch the hockey game & the place was actually packed for once. Slow service made sense given the crowd, but the real problem was the food - it was genuinely terrible. The nachos were a disaster: stale chips & a cheese topping so bad it was almost inedible. Hard to believe a bar can't manage a basic plate of nachos. The burger was dry & completely flavorless, & the all-dressed sub had almost no meat & tasted like nothing. We were seated near the windows by the street & they have these giant fake plants hung from the ceiling that obstruct the view of some of the TVs. Overall, a really disappointing experience.
They were absolutely not ready for the supper service. I sat there for 40 minutes before anyone came to see me. When I finally got the burger I ordered, it was truly the worst burger I ever had. Even the waiter agreed that it was a poor effort all around. It's a shame because I go often for breakfast, which is fine. I thought I give them one more chance but I was turned away at the door because I didn't have a reservation!! As many were that night. & they were rude on top of it all. All of a sudden they're'Chez Bardet'...again breakfast service was always good but I'm done, I will not go back.

Got seated at 5h35, ordered beer & chicken wings at 5h45, got our beer at 6h15 got our wings at 7h15... Service was an absolute joke. It was so bad we basically had to argue for a lousy 20% discount. Do not go on a playoff night they are obviously way understaffed for these occasions!
Trois bières sans un service exceptionnel & me faire crier dessus parce que j'ai eu le malheur de ne pas donner de pourboire, je trouve ça un peu facile. Je suis pâtissier en restauration &, pardon mademoiselle, un pourboire est pour un service exceptionnel.(pardon d'être un bon vivant)
We came after work for some drinks, Kelly, Laura, Kayla were hillarious. This was the best service I've had in a long time. Kelly was outstanding & constantly smiling.

Today is the men's final gold medal hockey game (Canada vs USA), I understand it is busy but management should of prepared better & had extra staff working. Only three servers to handle all the tables? Game stated at 8:00am & only got coffee at 9:00am. It's now 10:49am & we still haven't got any food. Must be one cook in the kitchen.
Dear management, pull up your socks & help out your staff. Not like you don't see this game coming.

I'm a regular here & I absolutely love coming here. They know my order by heart & the staff is like family. Food is always great & the staff even better. Always super welcoming & Louis the manager is the best!!
Not many places are open on a Monday night but this one was. I'm not sure why this place got a bad rep because my service was great,the food was actually good for all of us, no complaints from none of us
Went here with 5 friends & had a really bad experience. We ordered beers but they took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we are all 18+.
The food was very dry & not good at all. Our waiter, Anthony, was rude the whole time & even seemed to be drinking while working. Service was very slow, & when we asked for water we got tiny cups full of ice & barely any water, filling it up once every 30-40 minutes.
I came here with a group of 6 friends & we ordered beers, but staff took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we were all 18+. That already set a bad tone for the night.
The food was extremely dry & honestly just bad overall. Definitely not worth the price.
Our waiter, Anthony, was extremely rude the entire time. It even seemed like he was drinking while on shift, which was really unprofessional. The service was also incredibly slow. When we finally got water, it came in the smallest cups possible, filled mostly with ice & barely any actual water.
On top of that, I had to reorder my meal 3 times, once with Anthony & again with another waiter, before they finally got my order right.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not come back. PS: table was super messy also
