This is a revised review. I had written a negative review in the past & I was not able to locate it to modify & write a positive one.
1. The reason that I continued coming back to this place was because the ice cream is EXCELLENT.
2. I had a chance to meet the owner at the door & I have to say that this guy knows what it means ''communication'' & ''customer service''. He takes both his reviews & his product very seriously.

Bouza is an Amazing Ice-Cream shop that has unique ice-cream flavors that tastes so different from any other. You have to come & you will be talking about this Ice-Cream to your family & friends as a must try Ice-Cream Shop. On our first Visit we were greeted by the kindest employee & I will have to call him out by his first name because I want everyone to know how amazing his service is. William is the employees name & by the way he is with all the customers you would think he Owns the place & when I asked him he humbly said he was not the owner he is just an employee that loves to be of service to others. I hope the owners recognize how lucky they are to have him. I would hire him over so many people that work in the servicing industry. We always have to worry about the service we might receive since most are dissapointing, sad to say but it is the truth. Back to this employee that is so welcoming He was very patient & wanted us to sample as much of the ice-cream flavors as we wanted. It all tasted amazing & the portion were generous. We have already told everyone about this place & have returned a second time in less then 2 weeks & William Was there again with his amazing welcoming customer service. We already see ourselves frequenting this restaurant. William I wish more people had your customer service in other places where people like us believe the taste of the food is secondary to Service. Thank you for your patience with our son when he was asking to try so many flavors. We will keep returning thanks to you & the quality as well. Easiest ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

C étais vraiment un expérience speciale, la glace qui a une texture de mozarella mais qui goute sucré & parfumé à plusieurs goût. Vraiment à essayer 😁

First time to visit Bouza but it was a nice experience. They have different flavors of ice cream & will let you taste if you want. We tried arabic bouza (so delicious). The only issue is finding a parking is hard. You can look for one around or waiting for someone to leave. Recommend to try this place & get some fresh ice cream.
