You know, the funny thing about this place is that I've come here quite a few times over the years, but I've never actually sat down inside & enjoyed the bouza ice cream.
Usually, whenever I pass by, the indoor & outdoor seating is completely full. So I was lucky that when I came by on a Tuesday around 3 PM, it was pretty much empty.
There are so many flavors to choose from, but I decided to play it safe & stick with ones I know I really like. First, I went with achta because nobody does it better than Bouza. The second flavor I chose was pistachio & lastly, I went with almond. I got it in the larger size, but next time, I might just go with the small because it was a lot.
I loved how the achta was smooth & creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor was just as creamy, & topped with crushed pistachios that were super fresh. You could immediately tell the quality was there.
The service here was great, super friendly & helpful. They offered samples & answered any questions. Overall, it was a really pleasant & happy experience, best enjoyed with family & friends.

If i could put 10 ⭐? stars, absolutely amazing. The decor is clean & inviting, the staff is remarkable. We were hesitating the young lady behind the counter offered explanations & tasting! You can opt for sorbet or traditional ice cream or better yet some new flavours such as rose or baklava or achta which we fell in love with
Probably one of the best sorbet/ice cream you will ever taste in Quebec or even in Canada, very balanced & tasty i can eat more than usual because of how good & balanced it is!! Their chocolate is the best chocolate, amazing choclate flavor not too chocolaty or sweet & i like to mix it with red fruits or mango
Loved this place! The ice cream was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Rullah, the girl who helped me, was so kind & friendly-it made my visit even better. I'll definitely be coming back!
Soooo delicious. The ice creams are not too sweet & they make them all in house. They let you try as many as you want before you decide. Very friendly staff. Clean & nice deco
We were in town for an event & stopped at Bouza for ice-cream & glad we did. Very tasty with big variety of flavours. Service was wonderful, everyone was happy & professional.
I'm not a fan of ice cream but their ice cream is amazing! Different flavors & a very nice variety.
Although be ready for the price, its quite expensive, 26.75$ for 1 double scoop cone, one cup & one mini cup. Its worth a visit at least once.
We came from out of town to check out Bouza & it did not disappoint! The ice cream is the perfect consistency & absolutely delicious! We loved that it also had the perfect balance of creaminess & sweetness! The customer service was great!! Rullah was super kind, sweet & let us try all the flavors. The inside was really pretty & we highly recommend you visit & try the bouza, sahleb & kunafa!! 10/10 experience!!
We had such an amazing experience. The staff was very warm & welcoming, particularly Elias who made us try many flavours before making our choice. The ice cream was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
