Service très mauvais , comme 90 % des fast food de la ville . A chaque fois que je viens & précise à deux reprises que je veux mon plat sur place , on me l'emballe dans un sac à emporter . Quand je demande pourquoi on me répond on a pas le temps ( alors qu'il y avait peu de monde) C'est un immense manque de respect & qui est trop normalisé . Un conseil soyez respectueux & un minimum à l'ecoute du client , sinon vous n'avez rien à faire dans le service client On se déplace chez vous pour dépenser notre argent chez vous c'est le minimum demandé.

I do not understand what has happened to this Boston location. They send wet shawarmas. I will never order from here again! Absolutely shameful

The new pita is so delicious! I am so happy I get to eat here all the time. The staff was also incredibly kind & efficient despite the long line & large number of customers! Very impressed.

Boustan is hands down my favorite shawarma spot! The food is consistently delicious, affordable, & prepared quickly, making it a great go-to for a satisfying meal. The staff is always friendly & welcoming, even during busy times, & they work efficiently to get your order ready. Falafel: had the falafel wrap at this boustan location. Unfortunately the falafel are pre-fried in batches. so if you are looking for fresh out of the fryer hot crispy falafels, this is not the spot. However, boustan's sauce is delicious & the proportions are right i gotta say. Overall, boustan serves decent quality ingredients, but i wouldn't say it is freshest, nor the friendliest service. I love this Montreal born chain, but this location is not my favourite. I would recommend trying the location by Saint-Laurent metro. I do really appreciate that they offer great vegan options such as the falafel & the meat imitation wrap.

Very good food, very nice & patient workers, nice atmosphere especially eating on the outside patio in summer. I recommend to come here.

The amount of food is very good in relation to the price, however I ordered the mixed one & it came with more rice than meat & vegetables, in the end I ended up leaving the rice because it was too much, I think they should balance the portions, I felt that they want to save costs by filling you with rice, everything else was delicious & they close late which is convenient if you get hungry at night

Tried the small classic poutine (~$9 with tax) & the potatoes were the best I've ever had 😭 No photos because I ate it so fast. Will be back for more!

As an out-of-towner, I walked by this place at lunch time & it was quite packed so I decided to stop in. There's like a dozen or so kebab / shawarma places in this 1mi radius so this one got me. I thought it was good. The chicken was delicious, along with the garlic sauce & babaghanoush. A pretty beige meal. I wish I got more veggies. I got my meal at around 2 & was literally stuffed for the entire day, until breakfast the next morning.
