I would like to take a moment to thank the entire team for their excellent customer service, & especially Ali. After receiving a cold order through Uber, Ali went out of his way to offer me a thoughtful solution. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, & the care he showed in ensuring customer satisfaction.
