My family are frequent visitors to this restaurant. Both the beef noodles & dumplings are delicious & authentically northern Chinese. The beef noodles come in both regular & spicy varieties. The noodles are soft & chewy, topped generously with roasted beef slices. The broth is rich & perfectly complements the dish. The dumplings are large & true to northern tradition. Our favorites are the steamed pork & chive dumplings, & the fried shrimp, egg, & leek dumplings. The steamed dumplings are juicy with thin, delicate wrappers, while the fried ones each have a large peeled shrimp inside. The staff, including the owner, are extremely friendly, & the service is always quick. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Brossard & deserves more recognition in the Greater Montreal area.

Meilleurs dumplings au monde, juteux & pleins de goût. Soupe nouilles & jarret de porc savoureuse, bouillon riche en épices . Bon service, salle propre, sauces à volonté, huile épicée goûté le ciel. Wow, belle découverte!
