Growing up in Asia, I've had my fair share of dumplings, but the ones at this place really stood out. The dumpling skins are noticeably thick, which I believe suggests a Northern Chinese style. It was my first time trying dumplings with such a thick skin, & I was pleasantly surprised. They are hearty, flavorful, & reasonably priced, especially considering there is soup inside each one. They also offer pan-fried versions, & the thicker skin creates a crispy crust.
Reply to the owner: don't change the thickness, I know it's not Xiao Long Bao. I like the way it is right now!View more

Everything was really good. I ordered the fried beef & shrimp dumplings as another google guide suggested & definitely a most! The service was really good, good atmosphere for chilling & everything was really clean. I recommend the place & as advertised the "Fried beef & shrimp dumplings"!!! My family are frequent visitors to this restaurant. Both the beef noodles & dumplings are delicious & authentically northern Chinese. The beef noodles come in both regular & spicy varieties. The noodles are soft & chewy, topped generously with roasted beef slices. The broth is rich & perfectly complements the dish. The dumplings are large & true to northern tradition. Our favorites are the steamed pork & chive dumplings, & the fried shrimp, egg, & leek dumplings. The steamed dumplings are juicy with thin, delicate wrappers, while the fried ones each have a large peeled shrimp inside. The staff, including the owner, are extremely friendly, & the service is always quick. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Brossard & deserves more recognition in the Greater Montreal area.View more
