My family are frequent visitors to this restaurant. Both the beef noodles & dumplings are delicious & authentically northern Chinese. The beef noodles come in both regular & spicy varieties. The noodles are soft & chewy, topped generously with roasted beef slices. The broth is rich & perfectly complements the dish. The dumplings are large & true to northern tradition. Our favorites are the steamed pork & chive dumplings, & the fried shrimp, egg, & leek dumplings. The steamed dumplings are juicy with thin, delicate wrappers, while the fried ones each have a large peeled shrimp inside. The staff, including the owner, are extremely friendly, & the service is always quick. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Brossard & deserves more recognition in the Greater Montreal area.
The noodles were really amazing!! We ordered spicy beef noodle & pork belly chicken noodle, both very delicious. The soup of the pork belly chicken noodle was very creamy & thick, while it was not greasy or salty at all. The spicy beef noodle was very fragrant. The most delicious part was the thick noodles that were soaked in the spicy soup, very chewy & delicious. & the portion was so generous! Highly recommended.

the food was so good!! & the staff so nice!! the dumplings were soupy & just really amazing. the noodles & the appetizer we ordered were really delicious as well. i was quite blown away :)
Much much better dumpling restaurants are available. The chicken curry dumplings had too thick of coating & soy bean noodles had way too much soy sauce.
Staff was very nice & efficient. We ordered the dumplings & they were undercooked/raw, so they gave us another plate for free! The beef noodle & the pork & chive dumplings were delicious! Would definitely come back again.

The home made dough of dumplings & noodles is amazing, right cooking time & chewy. Dumplings are juicy. Not heavy MSG, you won't feel very thirsty after meal. I recommend this restaurant.
Super friendly staff & quick service. Probably one the best dumpling restaurants near Montreal. Make sure get their shrimp dumpling, they have a whole shrimp in each dumpling! I also got the pork foot noodle, the broth was so rich & tons of meat !

We got the pork shrimp & chive dumplings, pickled veggie & pork, the beef noodle soup, & the beef tripe. Loved the tripe! It was well seasoned but not too strong, very addictive. & the dumplings were super crispy & juicy, I was particularly impressed by the quality of the shrimp in the dumpling. The service was really good too & the restaurant seating for comfortable. I would highly recommend! *discliamer: my meal was complimentary*
