I had an issue with Uber Eats, who refused to compensate me for their mistake. I called the restaurant directly, & not only were they polite & helpful-they went above & beyond by personally refunding me.

Their burgers are awesome, but the people behind them are even better.

Highly recommended!

Service rapide & courtois, nourriture chaude ainsi que bonne portion pour le prix (11.44$ taxes incluses pour deux hot dogs & une poutine). De plus, le goût était là👌. Je recommande!

They have new bowls which are amazing! Meat is halal & they are so accommodating for my gluten free needs really recommend I come all the time & will keep coming back! Really amazing patient staff too!!! Also all the food is fresh & delicious.

Myself & my wife visited this burger joint this past Sunday & let tell you the burgers were amazing the best I ever had hands down. The staff was very friendly & caring & the place is very clean . I recommend this place 100% A friend of mine went yesterday that I recommended him & he also loved it Thanks Billy K's for an amazing experience

Très bon fast food joint. Si je puis commenter le design intérieur : il est très réussi. C'est juste bien fait & bien réfléchi. Chapeau! Concernant la bouffe, c'est réussi aussi! Le burger est solide. Massif, & lourd même... Pas mal bon! C'est pas une petite collation. Solide poutine également. Thumbs up! 👍 Je recommande fortement si vous cherchez un vraiment bon burger.

Billy K's is a must-visit spot for burger & poutine lovers! Their burgers are juicy, packed with flavor, & cooked to perfection. The poutine is equally impressive, with crispy fries, rich gravy, & squeaky cheese curds. The portion sizes are generous, & the service is friendly & efficient.
