Visited Centrale Bergham & tried their Tandoori Poutine & sandwiches. The Tandoori Poutine was a delightful fusion of flavors, with perfectly seasoned tandoori chicken, crispy fries, & creamy cheese curds all topped with a rich, tangy sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was prompt & friendly, & the atmosphere was cozy & inviting. I highly recommend Centrale Bergham for anyone looking to try something new & flavorful. I'll definitely be returning for more!
