I ordered tonight 6 sandwiches for my family, first of all all the 6 sandwiches was not labeled so imagine the mess, we had to open them to figure out who ordered what I ordered Sandwich Rouge without tomato but we received it with tomato in it, I ordered sandwich Bergham but instead I received sandwich Philly steak , also I ordered snap Tortilla wrap & they replaced it with Marrakech Tortilla Warp This is the second time i ordered from this place same branch & also there was a drink missing that time So disappointing service

Le jeune qui fait au comptoir le soir à 21h est mal discipliner , il souriais pas il trop innerver , j'ai payé à la caisse & parti rapidement sans t'expliquer le menu je suis venu la première fois & c'était ma dernière , il vend au comptoir & prépare à l'intérieur je suis propriétaire de restaurant si j'étais moi je le me dehors toutes de suite & je ne retourne plus ici & je ferais un échec

J'étais fan de ce resto, j'y ai été quand même souvent. Le service a toujours été long mais c'est pas si grave pour ce genre de nourriture. J'y ai été la semaine passée, j'ai payé 36.76$ pour un trio plus une poutine. On commence à être loin du prix de fast food. Le plus choquant dans tout ça apart le prix & l'attente de plus de 20 minutes à chaques fois, c'est d'arriver à la maison, qu'il manque ma frite dans la commande, le poulet est tellement overcooked qu'il est dur comme de la roche & la poutine est tellement salé que c'est impossible de la finir. J'ai vérifié ma facture & tout était inscrit même ma frite que j'ai pas reçu. J'ai appelé immédiatement pour faire part du problème mais aucune réponse de leur part.

On retrouve enfin le goût de Bergham. Acceuil chaleureux, service rapide & courtois. Bon goût de la viande & bien assaisonnée, ingrédients frais. Quantité généreuse. Merci
