If you are not from the area & can only speak english, AVOID this place at all costs. I went into this restaurant because of the good reviews & it's close to my hotel. However, I wish I went somewhere else. I was not greeted in a friendly manner, the girl that'greeted' me acted really annoyed with me for even coming into the restaurant & speaking English. She told me to take a seat & stormed behind me & threw the menu at me after I sat down. Another girl came & took my order & she was polite but she still gave off an unfriendly vibe. The food was good & came out quickly, & the staff was quick to grab my plates after I was done but I waited for 20-25 minutes for a bill to arrive. They brought bills to other customers but not me. They didn't even come over to me to tell me how I could pay, they just ignored my existence. Eventually I got up & went to the cash to pay. The girl that threw the menus at me was the one to take my payment & she acted as if I didn't know how to use a debit machine. I can't speak French nor can I read it so I needed some assistance yes. I just want the owner to know that their staff made me feel very unwelcome & uncomfortable as a first time visitor & the way I was treated ruined my day. I will not be returning & I will not recommend to anyone I know.

I ordered a regular poutine with dark meat & it was not very good. The gravy was flavorless & there were not enough cheese curds. Despite me ordering dark meat, it was still very dry & was basically the same as white meat. The cashier was very friendly & the interior design of the restaurant was nice however. Maybe some of the other food is better, but I wouldn't recommend coming here for poutine.

Fish & Chips & Chicken Kabobs... great. Green beans a little under cooked, but still good.
Atmosphere was nice, clean, & relaxed.
Service was just a 3 - 4.... ran out of water twice, had to flag down the server to get more. The water glasses are really small, so the servers need to pay attention to empty glasses, or provide a bigger glass.

The service was great. The place is quite large, not like standard Benny places. They serve at the table. The staff is welcoming & provide a great service. The food is as expected from a Benny. it was generous & good.

For a casual chain, this place hits the mark. Food was delish, service was good, & restaurant was comfortable. We went after a long travel day & it was just what we needed!
