Expérience vraiment décevante aujourd'hui. La caissière criait dans la cuisine qu'elle voulait démissionner parce qu'il y avait une nouvelle chef caissière, qu'elle-même avait formée. Elle se plaignait sans arrêt, créant une ambiance tendue & peu professionnelle. Les clients attendaient leurs commandes, mais tout ce qu'on entendait, c'était ses frustrations qui duraient au moins 10 minutes. Un accueil aussi bruyant & négatif, surtout pour un dimanche matin, c'est vraiment pas ce qu'on recherche. En plus, les filets de poulet étaient minuscules, vraiment pas ce qu'on s'attendrait pour le prix. Un peu plus de gestion de l'équipe rendrait le service bien plus agréable.

C'est désolant de devoir changer d'endroit. car a plusieurs reprise la commande que je demande lorsque j'arrive chez moi n'est jamais exact. Il y a toujours des erreurs & en plus aujourd'hui dans ma poutine au poulet viande blanche car c'est le repas que je commande à tous les fois qu'en j'y vais & bien j'ai retrouvé un petit os (photo a l'appui ). Sérieusement c'est pas trop fort & très décevant.

Service incroyable...malgré l'achalandage élevé le service demeure impeccable les deux jeunes femmes aux comptoir nous servent avec le sourire & avec une rapidité pas possibles...merci aussi aux en cuisine..chaque fois que j'y vais je ne suis jamais déçu...merci pour votre super service 👊🫶

Depuis au moins 4 mois il est impossible de faire des ajouts dans nos commande en ligne la seul façon une note au chauffeur qui ne l'a lit jamais donc je n est pas ma sauce extra que j inscris je vais la payer à part. Pouvez vous. Réglé problème sur le site. Merci!
