The food was very good, but most of all, the service. The lady at the counter served us & treated us like family. We have never had a better service like this one in a restaurant! She did not know what else to do to please us!

Edit.. derniérement il y a des choses qui s'améliore.. Fromage ok la dernière fois. Mais les frites commence a avoir l'air a des frites. Elles arrivent beaucoup moins séchées les dernières fois .. le poulet est bon ..

Plusieurs fois que je commande poutine avec ma poitrine. Le fromage arrivait frais & faisait squick squick. Ce soir fromage arrive bouillant .. Pas frais tout mou & goûte le sûrit.. dernière fois pour moi.

'De plus en plus généreux' c'est leur slogan mais faut que je paies 50c pour de la mayonnaise avec mon club sandwich, comme si c'était pas déjà assez cher... Ça va être quoi la prochaine affaire, payer une surcharge pour avoir du poulet dans mon poulet?

Je commande du Benny une fois par semaine pour deux ou trois personnes. Cependant, je ne sais pas ce qui se passe depuis six mois, mais il ne se passe pas une seule semaine sans erreur.

Je trouve cela vraiment regrettable &, en plus, cela représente une somme importante à la longue.

Espérons qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'une stratégie pour maximiser les profits sur nos commandes.

Une expérience exceptionnelle !

Le poulet était incroyablement tendre, il fondait littéralement dans la bouche. Les pommes de terre étaient parfaitement cuites, croustillantes à l'extérieur & savoureuses à l'intérieur.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'approche personnalisée & l'attention portée aux clients. Le service était chaleureux, professionnel & attentionné du début à la fin.

Je suis passé jeudi 4 juin 17:45. J'avais commandé en ligne & je suis arrivé à l'heure prévue. Je m'annonce. C'est pas prêt. Les 2 employées derrière le comptoir ne semblaient pas contentes de travailler, l'air bête avec les clients. On me remet mon repas plus de 15 minutes de retard en appelant mon nom & sans jamais me regarder ni « désolé » pour l'attente. Service clientèle nul ce soir là.
