Tres bon poulet & excellent service. Mon epouse a change ses frites pour une salade & honnetement quand on demande ca, on est decu de la salade mais chez Benny, la portion etait tres bonne & tout etait bien vrai. Bravo! Je recommande ce Benny.

On a commandé une poutine repas & un club poutine. On avait la moitié du bol pour la poutine repas, pas mal décevante pour le prix, & pour le club : HUIT FRITES ! Comment on peut faire une poutine avec HUIT frites ?? Voyons donc ...

Le repas était correct & la nourriture était bonne. Par contre, mon expérience a été grandement affectée par le service.

J'ai commandé le plat du jour affiché à 10,99 $. Lors de ma commande, la serveuse m'a indiqué qu'une boisson était incluse. Au moment de payer, la facture s'élevait à 16,68 $, ce qui m'a surpris. Lorsque j'ai demandé des explications, on m'a parlé d'une promotion liée à une application & d'un prix différent, mais les explications étaient confuses & ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était affiché ni à ce qui m'avait été dit au départ.

Ce qui m'a surtout déçu, c'est l'attitude de la serveuse qui formait une autre employée. Son ton était arrogant & peu professionnel. Au lieu d'essayer de clarifier la situation calmement, elle m'a donné l'impression que j'étais en faute alors que je cherchais simplement à comprendre pourquoi le prix affiché ne correspondait pas à ma facture.

Les erreurs ou les malentendus peuvent arriver, mais la façon dont un client est traité fait toute la différence. Malheureusement, le service reçu ne me donne pas envie de revenir.
