Nous avons passé une commande en ligne pour 2 wrap versions poutines & le livreur n'a jamais sonné & a juste déposé la commande au sol. Nous avons appelé 25 min après les heures supposés d'arrivé & on nous a dit que la commande était déjà livrée. On ne sait pas depuis combien de temps la nourriture était là mais elle était complètement froide & il y avait du sable sur la boîte. Je suis vraiment déçue du service de livraison.

Ma mère a commandé pour la fête des mères, la fille au telephone à dit que ça prendrait 50mins arriver. ça l'a pris 2H j'habites à 10mins. poulet arrive tiède, je dois le mettre au micro-ondes. frite pu mangeable. vraiment déçu.

L'un de vos livreurs a adopté une conduite dangereuse sur la route : il a brûlé un feu rouge, dépassé la limite de vitesse & ignoré un panneau d'arrêt.
Mon véhicule est équipé d'une caméra embarquée, & les faits ont été clairement enregistrés.
Je suis prêt(e) à transmettre ces images à la police.
Je souhaite déposer une plainte concernant ce comportement dangereux sur la voie publique.

Je voulais de l'eau. La caissière m'a donné un verre d'eau tiède en me disant que je ne pouvais pas m'approcher de la machine a eau/liqueur/glace sinon elle me chargerait.
Je suis offusquée, indignée !
