J'ai commandé sur uber une salade qui est arrivée sans dressing… je ne suis pas du genre à écrire de mauvais commentaires, mais la quand j'ai appelé pour le leur dire, la fille m'a tout simplement dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de commandes à mon nom… dans le doute j'ai vérifié l'adresse encore une fois (parce que je m'étais deja assurée avant meme d'appeler qu'il s'agissait du bon) & comme de fait j'appelais au bon endroit, mais elle s'est simplement contentée d'insister qu'elle n'avait jamais reçu ma commande… alors que je l'avais dans les mains. Elle a fini par me dire que'même si j'avais raison', ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je peux comprendre qu'il n'y ai pas de solutions, mais c'est le ton & le fait de me faire prendre pour une conne qui m'a vraiment piquée.
Petite update, après m'être fait remboursé ma salade par uber, j'en ai commandé une deuxième qui est aussi arrivée sans dressing… malgré mon appel & ma deuxième commande… je suis choquée parc ce manque de professionnalisme. Plus d'une heure de perdue & deux assiettes gaspillées

Pas content de cette commande, sauce extra à moitié pleine, poutine avec quelles frites pour un total de $ 24.78.
Ce n'est pas fort.
J'ai remarqué depuis quelle année vos portions on beaucoup diminué, mais vos prix n'arrêtent pas d'augmenter.
le bureau chef me dit que sa va changer.mais rien ne change.
j'aimerais en avoir pour mon argent.

Vraiment bien je trouve que la sauce était très bonne & leur poulet complet était sublime 🤩.Par contre pour un vendredi soir l'ambiance était un peu bof mais je vous donne un 5 pareil,car les autres jour l'ambiance est très chouette, sinon le service était parfait,aucun commentaire.

La salade de chou qui était très bonne a maintenant un goût fade & sa texture a changé. La portion de frites a aussi diminué. Une chance que le poulet & la sauce sont encore bons mais je suis déçue.
