Déçue, une gérante qui ne s’occupe pas de ses employés, un mauvais service de sa part.

Good variety of options (even for people with allergies) & large quantity...I went for brunch & took "Poêlé Trois Viandes" & it was absolutely delicious & large. The staff are also super friendly & the atmosphere is pleasant for dinning in.

Nous y sommes allés pour le brunch. Nous étions 4. Le menu offre une bonne sélection. Les prix sont trop élevés & n'offrent pas une bonne valeur repas-prix. L'intérieur du resto ne les justifient pas non plus.

Gros problèmes dans la cuisine & sur le plancher: Les plats ne sont pas arrivés en même temps. La première personne avait fini quand le dernier plat est arrivé. (Il a attendu pour les autres mais comme il devenait froid, il a dû commencer avant que tout le monde ait été servi.) Seulement une assiette sur 4 était correcte. Essayer de trouver quelqu'un pour indiquer les problèmes a été un problème en soi. La personne sur le plancher avait une très mauvaise attitude, comme si le restaurant lui appartenait & qu'elle était trop bonne pour nous. Pourtant, nous étions très polis & bien habillés. Une assiette manquait la moitié des fruits mentionnés sur le menu. Ils ont été amenés beaucoup plus tard après que le problème ait été souligné. Une assiette avait le mauvais omelette & l'a indiqué au personnel. Un changement a été offert en disant que ça prendrait un certain temps pour l'avoir... Alors, la personne l'a mangé quand même. La dernière assiette n'a jamais reçu les accompagnements commandés même après les avoir demandés 2 fois. En plus du manque d'attention sur le plancher, la facture était incorrecte. Les accompagnements ont été chargés & nous avons dû demander qu'elle soit corrigée. Plus d'attente encore. Pas d'excuse.

Nous sommes repartis très déçus. En plus, nous étions les invités de mon père qui habite dans une tour pour personnes âgées tout près. Il était visiblement choqué & triste de notre expérience. Nous n'y retournerons jamais.
