Servi par une serveuse hyper pressée qui c'est tout juste si elle ne nous lançait pas nos assiettes=non merci. Compote de pomme en pot au lieu de fruits ça fait très ordinaire. Première & dernière pour moi

J'ai attendu devant la porte pendant 5 min & personne est venu. La serveuse passais le balais a deux mètres de moi & m'ignorait clairement. J'avais l'impression d'être invisible apparement….

La nourriture est vraiment bonne mais en ce qui concerne le service c'est du n'importe quoi. Les serveuses ne sont pas du tout à l'écoute. Elles parlent mal aux clients, sont agressives & ne daignent pas prendre du temps pour le client.
Il faudrait vraiment penser à former ses serveuses sur le service à la clientèle & également la gestion des priorités.
Je ne suis pas sûre que ma famille & moi remettrons encore les pieds dans ce Ben & Florentine.

We had a great experience at Ben & Florentin. We arrived at 10:30 with a group of 9 & were seated immediately, which was impressive. The service was fast, friendly, & very welcoming throughout.

The food was excellent, especially the fresh fruit. I highly recommend the mascarpone strawberries-they were a standout.

Overall, a smooth & enjoyable experience. Would definitely come back.

Getting the worst service ever at a breakfast place is quite a feat. The server just straight out leaves while someone at the table was still talking to her. Just because she did not want to accomodate an allergy. Rude & unacceptable for a restaurant, honestly.

Don't eat here if you want to be treated with minimum respect. There are many places around with better service.

Laisser mon assiette pas manger ! Le patin du burger pas cuit tout mouillé, & j'ai réussi à avoir autre café quand j'ai demandé ma facture ….. désolée mais à éviter comme place
