Les beignes sont très bons, mais on a eu droit à un très mauvais service par un jeune qui n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là. Suggestion: écrire clairement la sélection de beignes disponibles. Il a fallu demander les différentes saveurs car seulement 2 saveurs étaient identifiées. & l'employé avait zéro patience alors on était mal de demander...View more
Tried a tiramisù doughnut. It was very bland to say the least. I was expecting a punch of coffee flavour but was left disappointed. The doughnut itself was good, but the filling was a bit sour & lacking taste. Definitely not worth the $6.30 price tag. Service was friendly though. In response to the owner's response: I completely understand how you may arrive at the retail price you are charging. I don't doubt the effort that goes into making the doughnuts is unparalleled, coupled with the operational costs. However, I believe you are missing my point. The doughnut I bought was lacking in flavour, the filling was sour, & there was little to no taste that resembled tiramisù at all. Therefore, the price I paid was definitely not reflected in the quality of the product. I don't mind paying if I feel the product is worth it. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.View more

I have been to this place probably about 10 times. Donuts are ok but definitely overpriced. Nothing wow for the price you pay. Customer service is bad, especially when you pay $4-6 for a donut. Drinks are mediocre. I went in this past Saturday & asked for a hot matcha latte, I asked for oat or soy milk & they did not have any as such I said I didn't want any drinks. However, the person at the counter still charged me for the matcha latte & I only noticed after I had paid. When I noticed I paid she said she was making it & she gave me a cold & milk based matcha latte (I'm lactose intolerant & did not want it iced). When I said I did not want it cold or with milk she did not do anything. Just have me an undrinkable drink. No sense or customer service. She wasn't mean but just completely disconnected. Will not be coming back.View more

Très déçu du beigne a la gelée de fraise, il y avait aucune gelée de fraise a l'intérieur seulement un petit filet qui s'arrêtait au centre. Au prix payé je m'attendais a plus... l'endroit est propre par contre & le service est excellent.View more
