We had dinner the first night of our vacation & had to bring the parents back for our last lunch in town. We were amazed at the beautiful food Reza created in his tiny kitchen & were overwhelmed by his hospitality. Reza, I'm sorry but we had to leave something for you. It is very true. This place is a real hidden gem that offers such scrumptious flavours, quick service & fresh chilled water on a hot day! The chef works works alone but delivers meals fast. He is so nice & friendly! He makes the most delicious & good-looking chicken caesar salad you'll ever have! Highly recommended! 👍

Little treasure in Cote de neiges! Owner/cook was very corteous & kind. The arrabbiata was delicious & perfectly spicy. My family had the gorgonzola gnocchi & said it was also great.

This is a hidden gem. They offer delicious food & service. Bonus: The chef is very sweet & kind. We ordered the tomato & mozzarella salad, gnocchi with rosee sauce along with cheesecake & tiramisu. Delicious!!!!! We will be back!

Reza is some kind of wizard, able to conjure food that is not only delicious but artful in the tiniest kitchen ever. Basilic constantly feels like a hidden gem in the truest sense of the term. It’s a “blink & you’ll miss it”, one man space in a part of Montreal most folks will never visit & I love it dearly.
