J'avais demandé un repas végétarien, & le serveur m'a demandé quel riz je voulais. Je lui ai répondu "le riz brunâtre". À ce moment-là, le chef qui découpait la viande a dit de façon très brutale au serveur : "Végétarien, tu comprends, végétarien". Il a ensuite pris le riz & l'a jeté dans le récipient avant de partir. Le serveur, aussi perplexe que moi, m'a regardé, puis m'a reposé la question & j'ai à nouveau demandé le riz brunâtre. Le chef est revenu & m'a regardé comme si j'étais stupide, puis m'a demandé de manière très agressive : "Vous voulez végétarien ou pas ?". J'ai répondu que oui, & il m'a demandé, de manière agressive : "Pourquoi vous voulez ce riz ?". C'est à ce moment-là que j'ai compris & je lui ai demandé s'il y avait de la viande dans le riz pour être sûre. Il m'a répondu de manière agressive : "Oui". La façon dont ce monsieur s'est adressé à moi était très rude, en supposant que je connaissais tous les ingrédients, alors que je mange rarement là-bas & que je ne travaille pas du tout là-bas. Je ne comprends pas cette agressivité, alors qu'il aurait simplement pu m'expliquer que le riz était fait à base de viande. Il y a une manière de parler aux gens, que ce soit le serveur ou moi en tant que cliente. En bref, ce monsieur a besoin de formation en communication, en patience & en gestion de la colère. Pour finir, j'ai renoncé à ma commande & je me suis rendue au Basha, situé près de Jean Talon, où j'ai bénéficié d'un service très agréable & d'un repas délicieux, je dois dire.

La salade & les frites étaient très bonnes, merci ☺️ j'ai attendu un peu MAIS après on sent qu'il y a beaucoup de clients (surtout UberEat) qui commandent ici (parce que justement c'est bon 😊) ! Je reviendrai goûter autre chose prochainement !
Ive always picked boustan for shwarmas in the past, but after trying basha there is no comparing. the flavor & portion sizes are wayyy better. i highly recommend trying. The owner abbas was really cool & so was the rest of the staff. 10/10

It’s a really nice place, very spacey, very clean & most importantly all the employees are very nice. Amazing food of course & amazing customer service!
This was the best shish taouk I’ve had in a while. I order often from other places but this one was delicious! Very tasty! The salad wasn’t plain like some places, the rice was really good & potatoes were fresh, & meat was good, & pita bread was also fresh & soft!!!

I ordered again a shish taouk plate & wow I think they changed a little of their recipe I don’t know what they did but it was delicious! Very tasty & fresh loved everything!
I also tried their new chicken & that was also very good!
