First time I came here a week ago & two young guys who served me were amazing. I took a mixed plater & they added to my plate all kind of salad from the options they have. I am 6ft2inch 220lbs man who eats a lot & the portion for me was exactly what I was waiting for the whole day. Experience was 11/10 food, service & atmosphere these guys created. I came back today & I left without even getting my plate. Turns out manager of the place meet us. Right aways I felt something is off. He took my order & instead of asking are me & my friends dining in or taking out, he too the take out plate & started my order. After half paper bowl of rice & remaining with potatoes he adeed letuce all the way to the top & 2 pc of tomato, when I asked him to add beets & cabage he said there is no more space in the plate & I cant do that. I told him that I was here last week & guys put in my dine in plate everything I wanted he said nobody is doing this.... going back & forward he said its aditional cost for extra ingredients & I had no issue with that. Instead of finiding solution to make the customer happy & make money to the business he decided to still argue with me. So I left without this meal.I was craving all day. Really good food, but manager is giving worst customer service & reputation for a place.

We arrived at 10:40, before 20 minutes before closing. Manager was very rude, declined our request of choosing items. It is completely unacceptable & disrespectful!

I come to this place today . There's one guy , he saying im a manager. So he talked so bad with me & saying some bad words to go out sometings but i just wanna order the food & eat . He saying me u can choose only 3 salads & after im saying i wanna different salads he saying no nad go out . It's not good

I've tried shawarma from many places in Montreal & Laval, but I had never truly enjoyed it. A Lebanese colleague at work recommended this restaurant to me, & I ordered the Shish Taouk trio. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement… The shawarma & the potatoes were absolutely delicious - not greasy at all, yet still juicy & full of flavor. It felt as if I had been transported back to Lebanon.

I would like to sincerely thank the owners for the wonderful experience & the pleasure your food brought me. I've now found your restaurant in Laval, & I can't wait to treat my children - they're going to love it! I hope the quality at'Basha' in Laval is just as amazing as it is in Montreal!
