We had a terrible experience here. We wanted to have a late breakfast, with my partner & we went to the place with our dog. We felt it was ok, because inside they had other two dogs around. When they took the order, we specified to eat inside & nobody advice us otherwise. So, we waited for our food, & for some reason our dog barked a little & the manager approach us & told us dogs where forbidden in their establishment, while there were other dogs inside as well.
He ask us to eat outside in the cold windy whether without any heating system for the tables, the whole situation felt very discriminatory & rude. We understand that every place has it's rules but they should apply for everybody, & also they should advice people from the beginning so, they don't end up eating in the bad weather. We do regret visiting the place & overall we feel the attitude of the person that approach us was not very polite, they should be careful in how they treat customers, at the end of the day they are providing a service.

Nice sandwich, but not good service… not pet friendly … they kick me out to eat at 12 degrees because I have my dog with me (I understand but funny part that was already 2 dogs inside & me was the only one that get kick out) outside table with NO HEATER

Beautiful new location, great service, & most importantly HIGH quality coffee.
I enjoyed a Cortado, Mortadella Sandwich & a Vegetarian slice of pizza. All of which were delicious.

Parking is easy in the area which is convenient as well.

Good wifi signal as well if you need to get some work done while you enjoy a coffee.

Great authentic Italian coffee in Outremont.

Had myself a pizza & a coffee, absolutely awesome. I had to wait a few minutes for the pizza since they had run out, but it was totally worth the wait. The pizza was well made, & clearly prepared by people who care about what they do. The coffee was great, i expected no less from baristello. The atmosphere is totally different from the Jarry location, but i love it nevertheless. 10/10!
