Today, friends & I had made a gathering for breakfast at Barbie's of the Montenach shopping centre. When I got there at 9.30 the're was a note at the door, notifying a delay in the opening until 10.00hres, so since we were gathering & not everyone had arrived we decided to wait outside by this wonderful sunny morning, & at 10 hres the door opened ! We were greeted & handed the menus, we ordered our selection & waited to be served. A slight delay in the servings but forgiven since they just gotten the kitchen in operation ! Most of the guests got their order as ordered but me that got my plate without the toast, after multiple requests the toast were never brought to the table ,so I was not able to have a normal breakfast without the usual toast with eggs, finally I returned my plate with the untouched eggs, I only enjoyed the fries & sausage, it surely wasn't the breakfast I was planning for ! When It came time to settle the bill I made it clear that I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast that I was served & I didn't want to pay for my breakfast, the manager was called to the table & offered me a discount on the plate I partially eaten, but this wasn't a breakfast, she told me that's all she was able to do, following heated argument, finally my girlfriend picked up the tab & we all left with the promise to never comeback to this place again ! I'm writing this post because I know that the settlement was not made in a good manner that surely could have been done in a more positive sense !
Tellement long....2h pour avoir nos assiestes... les enfants ont été servi en dernier (spaguettit). Les filets mignons trop cuit, fish & Chips vieille Huile, poitrine de poulet qui baigne dans la sauce. Vraiment pas bon... Nous avions demandé du pain pour les enfants en attendant, jamais reçu! Des erreurs dans nos repas, la bouffe tressss ordinaire. Dernière fois pour nous!
La soupe à l oignon, petite portion avec 3-4 bouts d oignon, des croûtons à l ail au lieu d un pain crouter qui gâche le gout, & un peu de fromage. Gaspillez pas votre argent là dessus. Salade césar au poulet correct. Le rib steak correct, un peu trop cuit & tirasse dans la viande. Frites était bonnes. Bref penses pas y retourne, j ai été assez déçue. La serveuse était gentille par contre.
Nous avions une heure pour dîner & nous avons reçu nos plats après 45 minutes d'attente. Plusieurs erreurs dans nos commandes. De plus, la serveuse semblait blasée.
