Hier le 14 Septembre je suis aller souper coté Bar.. & le service de la serveuse était médiocre..je n'ai pas l'habitude de critiqué & même écrire ici..mais là j,avoue que c'étais vraiment Nul comme service, je l'ai dit au gérant , car il a fallut que je me lève pour payé ma facture , car elle prenait un temps énorme pour avoir ma facture..& c'est le gérant qui justement était là , donc je lui es dit.. tout comme je lui es dit à elle aussi que j'avait vraiment pas aimé le service..enfin il m'as dit qu,il y verrais , d'ailleurs c'est la deuxième fois avec cette serveuse & depuis des années que je vais à ce resto surtout coté bar c,est la deuxième fois que je suis si déçu avec la même serveuse..hier c'étais le summum d'être si mal servi.

Je vais toujours côté bar & Julie nous donne un excellent service rapide. Souriante & connais son affaire. La nourriture correct mais manque de légumes. Merci Julie pour ton excellent service.
Notre serveuse Karel a un excellent service à la clientèle, elle est fort sympathique & possède une attitude & un professionnalisme qui enrichissent l'expérience client!! Merci 😀
Still & will always be one of my favorite restaurants, been eating there since 2019 & till now the managed to keep the same quality , big portions very acceptable price for what you get & a great staff , well done 👍

Mis à part les "pizzas" congelées mal cuites, la bouffe était correcte, sans plus dans ce restaurant autrefois mieux noté. Certes ce n'est pas un grand resto mais la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre a le dos large à mon avis.
Le service est très lent. Toujours une mouche qui te tourne autour. Faut pas être pressé. Très long pour commander . Très long pour recevoir repas. Très long pour facturer. Je suis rendu à ma 4 ème fois & je n'y retournerai plus . J'ai le temps de monter à Brossard au barbies, de commander, manger & revenir avant avoir été servis à Beloeil.
Restaurant sympathique, les spéciaux sont intéressants. Mise à jour: nous y sommes retourné . Nourriture correcte, mais service très long, on a attendu très longtemps pour avoir notre pichet, puis 25 minutes pour nos 2 bières, nous avons terminé & annulé nos consommations. Mon opinion, mauvaise communication & mauvaise division des tâches non efficaces.
Barbies de beloeil. Mon conjoint a eu un petit problème avec sa pizza. La gérante nous a offert un remplacement avec gentilesse & la serveuse s'est excusée aussi. C'est la première fois que ça nous arrivait à ce restaurant. Bravo & merci pour tout!
À Beloeil, ça fait 2-3 fois qu'on y va. Un peu de misère avec la cuisson de steak, le gratin aux fruits de mer, moins généreux que certains jours, Assiette de crevettes, servi sans salade, revenir avec un extra de patates douce en pensant que c'était ça qu'il manquait. Le serveur n'a pas voulu retourner à la cuisine de peur se faire chicaner par le cook. Assez ordinaire comme expérience en ce jour de la fête des pères.
Ma soeur & moi avons eu la chance d'être servi par Julie jeudi 13 juin au midi. Elle nous a offert un service exceptionnel avec un sourire formidable. Tout était parfait! Merci! Merci! Merci!
Today, friends & I had made a gathering for breakfast at Barbie's of the Montenach shopping centre. When I got there at 9.30 the're was a note at the door, notifying a delay in the opening until 10.00hres, so since we were gathering & not everyone had arrived we decided to wait outside by this wonderful sunny morning, & at 10 hres the door opened ! We were greeted & handed the menus, we ordered our selection & waited to be served. A slight delay in the servings but forgiven since they just gotten the kitchen in operation ! Most of the guests got their order as ordered but me that got my plate without the toast, after multiple requests the toast were never brought to the table ,so I was not able to have a normal breakfast without the usual toast with eggs, finally I returned my plate with the untouched eggs, I only enjoyed the fries & sausage, it surely wasn't the breakfast I was planning for ! When It came time to settle the bill I made it clear that I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast that I was served & I didn't want to pay for my breakfast, the manager was called to the table & offered me a discount on the plate I partially eaten, but this wasn't a breakfast, she told me that's all she was able to do, following heated argument, finally my girlfriend picked up the tab & we all left with the promise to never comeback to this place again ! I'm writing this post because I know that the settlement was not made in a good manner that surely could have been done in a more positive sense !
