Première expérience chez BarbecTropical lors d'une soirée.
Il y a eu un gros manque de ponctualité & de professionnalisme! La nourriture est arrivé des heures en retard & personne de la gestion n'a pris la responsabilité de dédommager l'host de la soirée pour le retard.

C'est décevant. Quand des clients payent pour un service qu'on leurs a promis à l'heure , ils veulent de la fiabilité!

Service traiteur honteux & totalement incompétent. Plus de 5 heures de retard, aucune excuse, aucune prise de responsabilité - rien. C'est un manque de respect flagrant envers les clients. Vous avez littéralement gâché la fête de ma copine, un événement important qu'on ne pourra pas refaire. Ce niveau d'amateurisme est inacceptable. À fuir absolument.

Vraiment déçu de ce restaurent sur le service car mon ami a eu un retard de 4h sur sa livraison de son anniversaire donc je ne le recommande pas pour les prochains services!!!

It took almost 4 hours for them to come so we can eat. This type of service is not acceptable. Especially when you have guests waiting since they decide to not eat before coming

Does not even deserve 1 star, food may be good but her attitude, her lack of professionalism leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. I had catering & they completely ruined my event by their tardiness. There is no talking sense to this women, she dosen't care about her customer & refused to take any accountability. A nightmare to deal with, DO NOT give any business to this establishment, there are so many other places with amazing food & great custumer service, spend your hard earned money there instead of here.

Le traiteur devait arriver à 8h pour que la nourriture soit prête à 9h à l'arrivée des invités. Ils ne sont finalement arrivés qu'autour de minuit, soit environ 5 heures de retard. Pendant ce temps, les invités attendaient… sans nourriture.

Le plus décevant dans tout ça : malgré ce retard majeur & l'impact direct sur les invités, la responsable a refusé d'offrir un remboursement ou même un simple escompte. Aucune prise de responsabilité.

Manque total de professionnalisme & de respect pour les clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout. 1 étoile.

5h late to my event !!! Food was supposed to be there at 8h to be ready amd hot at 21h when people start to get in. But No tooks 5h to be able to eat, no utensils, pikliz in some yogourt nasty pots & so desorganized nobody knew what to do like its there first time. really unprofessional & disrespectful.
