Je donne 2 étoile à cause du service. Les employés ne me prennent jamais au sérieux lorsque je pose des questions ou fais une demande, ce qui est très frustrant. Par contre, je dois reconnaître que la crème glacée est excellente & vraiment délicieuse. C'est dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur de la qualité des produits.

je n'est pas eu les bonne bulles que je voulais, nis la poudre, j'ai payer pour plus est même donner un pourboire, je n'est pas aimer mon expérience aujourd'hui, j'y vais très régulièrement & cetais la première fois que ça m'arrivais si je pouvais mettre 4,5 je le ferais, malgré ça très bon service.

Très mauvaise expérience. La personne qui nous, a servis, Mathilde, était extrêmement bête & impolie du début à la fin. On avait constamment l'impression d'être jugés à cause de ses regards & de son attitude. Honnêtement, ça enlève complètement le goût de revenir, peu importe la qualité des produits. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais.
